All About Stephanie Skryzowski

Stephanie Skryzowski is a nonprofit CFO, financial strategist, and the Founder and CEO of 100 Degrees Consulting and Prosper Learning Co. With 20 years of experience working inside and alongside nonprofits, Stephanie helps nonprofit leaders understand their numbers, strengthen their financial foundations, and build organizations that can thrive for the long term.

As a speaker, Stephanie brings a rare combination of deep financial expertise and a genuine understanding of the pressures nonprofit leaders face. She is passionate about helping mission-driven leaders move beyond financial overwhelm and gain the clarity and confidence to make smarter decisions, protect their organizations, and create greater impact.

Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University, with a focus on nonprofit management and finance. She is also the author of Do Good and Prosper, forthcoming January 2027, a guide for nonprofit leaders who want to build financially healthy organizations without sacrificing their mission.

Stephanie loves traveling the world with her husband and their two daughters.
